A Little Bit About Me.
We All Start Somewhere.
FIRST BELIEF
You are not broken, you have only lost sight of your magic within.
SECOND BELIEF
Asking for a help is not a sign of weakness. It's an act of courage.Â
THIRD BELIEF
Healing happens in layers and in my experience the first layer is often the most challenging.
I'M SHELLY
I believe healing happens in layers—each one peeling back a little more of what’s been holding you back so you can step into the life you were meant to live. And let’s be real—the first layer? It’s usually the hardest.
I know because I’ve been there. Juggling all the things—business, motherhood, relationships—while carrying the weight of stress, self-doubt, and old wounds I didn’t even realize were running the show. I spent years feeling stuck in cycles that weren’t serving me, thinking I just needed to do more to fix it. Spoiler alert: doing more wasn’t the answer. Healing was.
That’s why I do what I do. I help women break free from overwhelm, rewrite the stories that have been keeping them small, and reclaim their time, energy, and self-worth. Through my coaching, courses, and programs—like She Rises Empowered—I guide women through deep healing and real, lasting transformation.
I’m not here to hand you another to-do list or tell you to "just think positive." I’m here to help you understand why you feel stuck, how to shift it, and what it actually takes to rise—without burning yourself out in the process.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me dreaming up new ways to support women like you, soaking up the freedom I’ve created in my life, or spending time with my family. I believe in leading by example, because the work I teach? It’s the same work that changed my life.
If you’re ready to rise, I’m here to walk beside you every step of the way.

THIS IS MY STORY.
I didn’t get here by accident. My journey to healing, empowerment, and freedom wasn’t a straight path—it was messy, painful, and at times, downright exhausting. But every challenge, every setback, and every moment I thought I couldn’t go on was actually preparing me for the woman I was meant to become.
For years, I lived in survival mode. I was married to an abusive husband, trying to hold everything together while slowly losing myself in the process. When I found out about his infidelity, I made the hardest and bravest decision of my life—I walked away. I was three months pregnant, already raising two kids, and running a business, but I knew I deserved better. I had no idea how I was going to make it work, but I refused to settle for a life that drained me.
So I pushed forward. I built a life for myself and my children, navigating single motherhood while running a business. There were moments of struggle, moments of doubt, and moments where I questioned if I was strong enough to do this alone. But through it all, I learned that I wasn’t just strong—I was unstoppable.
Life has a way of surprising you when you least expect it. I later married a wonderful man who sees me, supports me, and encourages every dream I have. He reminded me that love isn’t supposed to break you down—it’s supposed to lift you up.
Looking back, I can see that every challenge, every painful chapter, was leading me here—to a place where I now help other women rise. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, lost, and overwhelmed. I also know what it’s like to take back your power, to heal the wounds you once thought defined you, and to build a life that actually feels like yours.
That’s why I do what I do. Through my coaching, courses, and programs, I help women break free from cycles that no longer serve them. I help them rewrite their stories, master their time, and embrace the self-worth they’ve had all along.
If my story sounds familiar, just know you’re not alone. You are stronger than you think, and no matter where you are on your journey, you have the power to rise. And if you’re ready, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.

MY APPROACH
Â
I don’t do surface-level fixes. I don’t hand out cookie-cutter advice. And I definitely don’t believe in hustling your way to happiness.
My approach is different because I go deeper. I help women uncover the real reasons they feel stuck—whether it’s burnout, self-doubt, old conditioning, or wounds they’ve been carrying for way too long. Because here’s the thing: time management hacks, self-care routines, and boundary-setting tips only work when the foundation beneath them is solid. That’s where the real transformation happens.
I guide women through healing from the inside out—working through the layers of conditioning, rewriting old stories, and helping them build a life that actually feels good to live. I do this through a mix of mindset work, nervous system regulation, time management tools, and deep inner healing (because yes, all of these are connected).
What Makes My Work Different?
I don’t just focus on what’s happening on the surface—I help you get to the root of the patterns that are keeping you overwhelmed, stuck, or second-guessing yourself. My work focuses on the deeper layers—because when you heal the root, everything else starts to fall into place.
I also teach women to embrace both their masculine and feminine energy—to balance strategy with flow, action with intuition. You don’t have to push, force, or hustle your way to success. There’s another way—one that allows you to rise without burning out.
My Goal for You
My goal isn’t just to help you get through the day—I want to help you create a life that actually lights you up. A life where you wake up feeling clear, confident, and in control. A life where you have time for yourself without guilt. A life where you’re not just surviving—you’re thriving.
If you’re ready to break free from overwhelm, reclaim your time and energy, and step into the most empowered version of yourself—I’m here to walk beside you every step of the way.
